As we wrap up week 1, take time to think about your week. What went well? Did being grateful help? Did being grateful change your mood? As I indicated yesterday, I don’t always feel the mood shift. However, I keep trying because being grateful for all that life offers is better than be ungrateful.
Yesterday, I did take my dog to a local coffee house. She enjoyed the outing and being around people. Additionally, I paid it forward by purchasing coffee for some people and left a tip for the employees. The employees were very grateful. I left before I found out who received the coffee. I hope they enjoyed it. I hope someday they too pay it forward.
Today’s challenge is simple. Take time time today to tell someone you love them. List at least three thing about them that you love. Thank them for all they do. Then do it again.
